General terms and conditions for providing services by electronic means

The condition for using the services is full acceptance of the regulations in their current wording. We reserve the right to make changes to the content of the document for important technical, legal, or organizational reasons. Users will be informed of any significant modifications with appropriate advance notice. Continued use of the service after the changes constitutes their acceptance. If the user does not agree with the new terms, they have the right to close their account at any time.

Formal requirements

Only a natural person who has full legal capacity and is 18 years of age or older may be a user of the platform. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and constitutes a gross violation of the regulations. Each user may have only one account. Creating multiple profiles by the same person (so-called multi-accounting) is prohibited and results in the blocking of all associated accounts.

Data verification process

During registration, the user is obliged to provide true, complete, and current personal data. We reserve the right to request copies of documents confirming the user's identity and age. Until successful verification is completed, some service functions may remain limited. Refusal to provide the required documents entitles us to close the user's account.

The user undertakes to use the platform in a manner consistent with the law, social norms, and the provisions of these regulations. It is strictly prohibited to:

• Exploiting technical errors, security vulnerabilities, or oversights in the service's software.
• Using bots, scripts, and other tools that automate interactions.
• Attempting to hack into systems, modify website code, or distribute malicious software.
• Sharing an account with third parties or using other people's accounts.
• Publishing content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

All financial operations on the platform are subject to strict security procedures. The user may only make deposits from accounts or cards of which they are the legal owner. The use of other people's funds is strictly punished and reported to the relevant authorities in Poland. We reserve the right to suspend payment processes to conduct security checks or verify the source of funds. Fees and commissions, if any, are always clearly communicated before finalizing a transaction.

The user acknowledges that using the platform's services involves the risk of financial loss. We do not provide any guarantees regarding positive interaction outcomes or the achievement of any financial benefits. The service is provided "as is," and the operator is not responsible for users' subjective expectations that have not been met. Prudence and moderation in using technical services are the sole responsibility of the user.

All content published on the service, including texts, graphics, logos, source codes, and website architecture, constitutes the intellectual property of the operator or is used under appropriate licenses. Copying, modifying, or distributing these elements without our written consent is prohibited and constitutes a violation of Polish copyright law.

Our service may contain links to websites managed by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policy, or operating principles of these services. Accessing an external website is at the sole risk of the user.

To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, internet network disruptions, or hardware failures on the user's side. We are not responsible for the consequences of force majeure or errors resulting from the user's improper use of the platform. Our total liability shall in no event exceed the amount actually paid by the user within the last 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently delete a user's account in the event of:

• Violation of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or criminal activity.
• Requests from authorized Polish state authorities. The user may terminate the agreement at any time by sending an account closure request to the support department.

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved based on Polish law. The parties undertake to first attempt an amicable resolution of the conflict through negotiation. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be submitted for resolution to the common court competent for the operator's registered office or the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with Polish provisions on court jurisdiction.
